Kingston 2025 is a six-month, borough-wide cultural programme running from May to October 2025 which marks 1100 years since the crowning of King Athelstan right here in Kingston. The festival will celebrate the borough’s rich history and diverse communities through multifaceted events and activities over a six month period.
We’re inviting local creatives, community groups and organisations to submit events that align with our programme’s spirit and themes. Whether it’s a performance, workshop, talk, exhibition, or something completely unexpected—we’re looking for events that reflect who we are, where we’ve come from, and where we’re going.
