Join our museum curator in this talk about the founding of Kingston Museum, it’s design, architecture and the collections it holds. Part of Kingston Heritage Festival.

Our curator will explain the history of this grade II listed building which was funded by Andrew Carnegie and designed by Alfred Cox. The museum contains objects that tell the story of the royal borough, from its prehistory to modern times. The museum also holds the internationally important collection of pioneering photographer and Kingston resident, Edweard Muybridge.
